It is currently 15 years, but how long before that number just gets lower and lower? Anyone can look in the past to see how Government operates, and figure out what the end plan is. I hope to God Obama does not see this article, it would make him salivate. If you have a 401k left at an old employer, would this qualify? I see retirement accounts at high risk for this type of Government takeover.
